Gospel Connexion: In this passage we learn about Hannah, who wants a son more than than annihilation in life.  She has religion that the Lord will hear her and respond her prayers.  She vows to give her son, whom she loves more than anything in the earth to the Lord if blesses her with a son.  When Samuel is built-in she allows him to exist raised in the Temple.  From this story we larn that Hannah had faith in God to answer her prayers and to intendance for her beloved son.  We also meet a woman who was willing to requite everything to the Lord.

"Hannah'due south Prayer" Lesson for Preschoolers

Introduction:  Begin the lesson past greeting the children and welcoming them to church.  Inquire them what they desire more than annihilation else in life.  Emphasize that they could ask for anything.  After each child has had an opportunity to share, tell them that today we volition be learning about Hannah.  Hannah wanted a son more than annihilation in the world.  When God gave her a son, she gave the son back to God.  Hannah understood that God loved her very much and she wanted to thank him.

Alphabet Givers: Equally a grade, create an alphabet book of things that they can give God.  Accept all of the kids create one page of the book.  For example they could give Allegiance for A, Blessings for B, Clapping for C, etc.  Allow the kids be artistic and run across what they come upwards with.  Permit them to illustrate the book and bind it with record or staples.  Continue information technology in your classroom for the kids to enjoy each calendar week.
